Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will prepare you for recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You'll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

Initially, all recruitment consultants work as 180 delivery consultants. Training will cover:

• Understanding client requirements
• Finding candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualifying candidates over the phone
• Managing candidate interviews and hires
• Building a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Progression to a 360 role allows you to:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Our consultants enjoy uncapped commissions alongside a competitive base salary.
