The role:

Initially, all recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for a few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, where you:

• Work the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships to win new business
