Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

All recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you’ll have the opportunity to go 360, which means you:

• Work the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary.
