Trainee/Graduate Product Design Engineer – Commutable from: Redditch, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley and surrounding areas. Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + internal and external training + clear progression + company benefits + days + office based.

Excellent opportunity for a Trainee or Junior Product Designer looking to start their career in an award-winning company who will invest in your training and upskilling. The role offers design of lighting products from cradle to grave up to the point of manufacturing. The business has an innovative approach and has diversified and expanded in recent years. They are looking to increase the product development team and bring on someone with the relevant skills to help them develop and grow.

The role

• Cradle to grave product design and development
