Responsibilities

Description of the Business Line or Department

Within the Advisory Structuring and Financing department, the Fund Finance Solutions (FFS) team offers bespoke financing solutions for sponsors, hedge funds, private equity funds, and insurers throughout the fund life cycle. The team acts as an agent and financier in large multi-bank financings, leveraging strong distribution expertise to make substantial commitments while maintaining robust risk management. FFS collaborates closely with other departments, especially Credit Portfolio Management.

The team is responsible for origination of transactions such as capital call financing, asset-backed lending, NAV facilities, and securitizations. It supports the bank's asset-light strategy by distributing assets and managing asset rotation through a strong balance sheet strategy.

Summary of the Key Purposes of the Role

• Supporting origination and structuring of FFS perimeter, focusing on capital call facilities for private equity and debt funds
• Monitoring existing transactions, including reviews and amendments
• Supporting commercial initiatives
• Familiarizing with all FFS products, especially capital call and asset-backed lending facilities

Summary of Responsibilities

• Producing reports on the FFS portfolio
• Preparing indicative term sheets and client pitches
• Assisting with credit applications
• Modeling transactions using internal tools
• Supporting KYC, rating renewals, and other tasks
• Participating in due diligence for new transactions
• Working on transversal topics, including ESG initiatives
• Performing various ad hoc tasks as needed

Required Profile

• Degree or equivalent in a Finance-related subject
• Experience or internships in structured finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity is highly advantageous
• Background in credit or legal environments is beneficial
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret and summarize key messages clearly
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in EU languages is advantageous
