A leading wealth planning firm in Hitchin is looking for a Financial Planner to manage an existing book of business and service high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of advising experience and will receive full support from paraplanning and administrative teams. This role promises opportunities for business growth and is part-time office-based as well.

Paraplanner looking to step into an Advisor Role

Servicing role of existing clients

Hitchin offices - come to offices 1 - 2 days per week

Full administration and paraplanning support provided

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

My client are a wealth planning firm with offices in Hitchin who offer financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the Home Counties, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hertfordshire . In their current setup they manage the affairs of 500+ clients assets ranging from £100k - £1m+. The advisers consult on pensions, consolidations, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning. They do have mortgage/protection advisers inhouse who deal with more transactional advice but generate lots of internal referrals. They have very longstanding relations stretching back many years.

Dur to expansion The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Financial Planner who will be responsible for managing a portion of his existing book of business as the MD needs to pass on some of his clients and give the annual review responsibilities to this new adviser. This is a servicing role and will be suitable for a candidate who has 2+ years of advising experience and can undertake an existing book of business and generate some new business from any recommendations and referrals.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 - Bonuses on initial advice fees
