Job summary

St. James’s Place in Reading is recruiting Trainee Financial Advisers to join our adviser development pathway for individuals who want to retrain into a professional career in financial advice. This opportunity is designed for ambitious, motivated people with long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in client-facing environments.

What We're Looking For

• A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in client facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially experienced.
• Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status (preferred)
• Full right to work in the UK.
