Job summary

St. James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy in Birmingham is seeking a motivated Trainee Financial Adviser to join partner practices. This structured development pathway provides hands-on training, exam support, and access to a client bank.

You'll build relationships, develop financial planning skills, and progress toward Level 4 qualifications with back-office support and mentorship from experienced advisers.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about financial advice and helping clients plan for their futures
• Professional, articulate, and confident in front of clients
• Driven to build and grow their own portfolio of clients
• Strong work ethic and a brilliant team player

Preferred (but not essential) :

• QCF Level 4 qualifications (DipFA, IAD, CISI, or equivalent)
• Background in relationship management or other client-facing roles. Open to a charismatic individual who is passionate about advice with at least 4 years professional experience
