IDEX Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established independent wealth management firm. You will inherit an established and recurring client bank, primarily across the East Midlands, and work remotely with ongoing support to grow the portfolio.

The role focuses on delivering holistic financial planning while ensuring FCA compliance and collaborating with paraplanning and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser with a proven track record of holistic financial advice.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team.

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of private clients.
• Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding service and trusted advice.
• Work closely with paraplanning and administrative support teams, allowing you to focus on advising clients.
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Location: Remote (Client base across the East Midlands)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Existing Client Bank + generous bonus scheme

Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent wealth management firm with a strong reputation for delivering holistic financial planning to private clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to focus on building client relationships rather than generating business from scratch. From day one, you'll inherit an established and recurring client bank, predominantly based across the East Midlands, allowing you to hit the ground running while benefiting from ongoing support and opportunities to develop your portfolio.

The Role
