The role offers a structured training programme, back-office support, and remote advisory via Teams. Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, with study support to attain Chartered status and an uncapped bonus on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Experience in financial services or paraplanning preferred.
• Strong communication and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice after training.
• Work with back‑office support to complete paperwork.
• Deliver advice to clients remotely via Teams and nurture client relationships.
