Trainee Financial Adviser - London
We are working with a client in London looking for a confident, motivated and organised individual to join their team and have the opportunity to train to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser. The successful candidate will ideally be at graduate level, and will deliver support to a Senior Adviser and their team, whilst continuing the path to being fully qualified.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Client Meetings with Senior Advisers
- Manage Action Points from Client Meetings
- Business Submission
- Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports
- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)
- Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients
- Managing workflow CRM systems
- Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software
- Critical Yield Calculations
- Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process
- Ensure data on Salesforce is completed
- Prep for all meetings
Desired Skills:
- Degree level educated
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services
- Attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
- Excellent standard of written & verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
