About the Role

This role offers an opportunity for someone with a Diploma qualification, experience in paraplanning and back office administration, to transition into an adviser role within 6 months, supported by an IFA. The candidate should have a solid industry background and a desire to build a client bank.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing first-class advice on wealth management, including pensions, investments, tax planning, savings, and protection products.
• Collaborating with the paraplanning and administration team to deliver timely reports and excellent customer service.
• Managing a client bank, with opportunities to grow assets by bringing in additional clients.
• Learning and developing within the business as it expands.

Requirements

Applicants must hold the required Level 4 qualification and have a minimum of paraplanning experience. EU work permit is required for this role.
