This is an opportunity for a Diploma Qualified individual with experience in paraplanning and back office administration to transition into an adviser role within 6 months, with support from an IFA. The candidate should have a good industry background and a desire to build a client bank.

The role involves joining an existing team of advisers to provide excellent financial advice to clients within a specific region. The incoming adviser will be given clients to service and will be expected to grow the client base.

Applicants should have a Level 4 qualification and minimum paraplanning experience.

Principal Responsibilities

• Providing first-class advice on wealth management, including pensions, investments, tax planning, savings, and protection products.
• Collaborating with the paraplanning and administration team to deliver timely reports and excellent customer service.
• Growing the client bank by bringing in additional assets where possible.
• Learning and developing with the business as it expands.
