This entry-level programme is designed for ambitious individuals who want a long-term career in professional financial advice and genuine progression. Successful applicants will receive a fully funded development programme to achieve Level 4 Diploma, practical client exposure, and support from the UK's leading wealth management organisation.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally in client facing environments.

• Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status.
