My Client history traces back over 100 years and are one of the leading employers in the area! They have and exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join the Treasury team! There you'll gain great exposure to finance with in a niche role and embark on a rewarding and challenging career. You will also gain qualifications with the ACT and gain a broad knowledge of finance as you'll be working closely with the finance team.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Production of scheduled and various ad-hoc analysis
  • Assist in the design and preparation of materials to enable communication of the group business plan and other information to employees ensuring relevance for the audience
  • Provision of financial modelling

To succeed as a Trainee / Financial Accountant you will have the following skills:

  • You may be a graduate with a 2:1 in a finance, mathematical or statistical based degree
  • You will have a strong understanding of controls, and a desire to develop their technical understanding
