Job description

We are looking for a Trainee Field Service Technician for our client based in Dartford.

The company is a physical security solution provider, offering protection for organisations and businesses for over 30 years. We are the UK's leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays

Role Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
3. Drive service success to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• Field Service experience within a mechanical or electrical environment (preferable).
• IT skills, proficient in mobile device/tablet use.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to support other technicians.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
• Full UK Driving License.
