Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer in Southampton with a starting salary of £28,000–£31,000 plus bonus and overtime (OTE £37,000). The role includes full OEM training, qualifications and a company van with a fuel card, supporting your development.

You will install, maintain and service equipment, travel locally to customer sites, and learn hands-on mechanical/electrical engineering with ongoing support for progression.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/electro-mechanical/electrical engineering skills.
• Desire and attitude towards learning and development.
• Full driving licence.
• Willing to travel to a local patch around Bournemouth.

Responsibilities

• Cover a local patch at customer sites.
• OEM training to gain full product competency.
• Installing, maintaining and servicing company equipment.
