Job summary

Hotpoint invites you to join as a Trainee Field Service Engineer, delivering on-site repair service to customers’ homes across the UK. You’ll train and qualify through a structured journey, starting with induction and shadowing before hands-on field work.

You’ll gain practical skills in diagnosing and fixing tumble dryers, ovens and washing machines, while learning to manage tools, parts and customer interactions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service
• Interest in electrics or mechanics
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence
• Physically capable of moving and lifting appliances
• Eligible to work in the UK
• No prior field engineering experience required, keen to learn

Responsibilities

• Drive your own Hotpoint van to customer appointments
• Diagnose and repair household appliances on-site
• Provide excellent customer service at every visit
• Manage tools and spare parts stock on your route
• Promote Hotpoint products to customers
