Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer in Kingston upon Thames. You will receive specialist technical training and progress into a fully qualified role, with opportunities to earn via uncapped overtime and a company vehicle.

You’ll join a supportive team investing in your development and career trajectory. The role involves hands-on work on automatic door systems, with full training provided, to diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical or electrical background is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in engineering.
• Ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames / New Malden and travel to surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of automatic doors.
• Learn to diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on customer sites.
• Travel to customer sites across the Kingston area.
