Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer in Croydon. You will begin with full training on automatic door systems and work toward becoming a fully qualified engineer while earning with uncapped overtime.

You'll join an established team, receive hands-on electrical and mechanical training, travel to client sites in your designated area, and develop practical skills with ongoing progression opportunities and company support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience.
• Confident using hand tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured technical training on automatic door systems
• Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of automatic doors
• Learn to diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs
• Work alongside experienced engineers on customer sites
• Develop the skills to carry out independent service visits and breakdown repairs
• Travel to customer sites across your designated area
• Complete service reports and ensure all work meets safety standards
