40 hours per week, plus one Saturday per month on a rotating schedule.

Look no further! We're currently hiring individuals with minimal experience, ready to kickstart their journey as a Trainee Field Service Engineer. We will provide you with comprehensive training, enabling you to become an expert Domestic Appliance Engineer.

What will your responsibilities be in this role once you are trained?
• Performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers' homes, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
• Visiting customers generally within your surrounding postcode areas, eliminating long commutes.
• Managing your day using a user-friendly mobile app, including parts in-take, returns, technical information, and job completion.
• Maintaining communication with both customers and the office, providing updates and addressing issues where required.

What skills do you need?
• Possession of a valid manual car driving licence and comfort with daily driving.
• Keen interest in electrical / engineering with a fundamental understanding of electrics.
• Eagerness to learn, coupled with a can-do attitude.
• Commitment to a career in appliance repair and field service engineering.
• A customer-centric approach focusing on delivering excellent service and meeting customer needs.
• Physical: Ability to life/manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces, often on knees; good hand dexterity and ability to distinguish colours.
• Willing to travel to our Head Office in Epsom (Surrey), daily, for a period of the training.

• Trainee starting salary of £25,400 gross per annum for the first two weeks, then increasing to £27,119 with set increments as you progress through our training programme.
