Training: Roadmap to Success

Our Academy ensures you\'re supported every step of the way:

1. 2-Day Induction: Welcome to HQ! You\'ll get your kit, learn safety essentials, and meet the team.
2. Shadow an Expert: Hit the road with an experienced engineer to see what the job\'s really like.
3. Phase 1 Training: 3 weeks of in-depth learning at our training centre.
4. On-the-Job Practice: up to 6 months to perfect your skills in the real world.
5. Phase 2 Training: Wrap up with another 2 weeks of training to unlock a new skill.
