What’s the Role About?

This role involves:

1. Driving your own Hotpoint van to customers' homes
2. Diagnosing, repairing, and testing appliances to restore their functionality
3. Providing excellent customer service as the face of Hotpoint
4. Maintaining tools and stock in top condition
5. Promoting Hotpoint’s products

We provide hands-on training through workshops, classroom sessions, and real-world practice, preparing you to handle household appliance issues professionally.

What It Takes to Join Our Team

We’re looking for candidates who:

1. Have a passion for customer service with energy and attention to detail
2. Hold a full manual UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK
3. Possess an interest in mechanics, electrics, or engineering (experience is a plus!)
4. Are physically fit to handle heavy appliances
