Ambitions Personnel is seeking a Trainee Farm Manager to join a well-established farming enterprise specialising in breeding, livestock management, and general farm operations. This role is ideal for someone with a farming or agricultural background who aims to progress into management.

You will work closely with the Farm Manager, gain hands-on experience across diverse livestock operations, and develop the skills needed for future farm leadership within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous farming, agricultural, or livestock experience is essential.
• Own transport due to location.
• Practical, hands‑on approach to work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with livestock in a physically demanding environment.
