Legal Secretary Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for a legal secretary (with a background in any area of law) to join a leading London law firm and assist a partner who deals with high-end divorce work for a VIP celebrity client base and the ultra-wealthy. This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent long-term prospects for a candidate with only 6-12 months experience in a law firm as either a legal secretary or an administrator in any area of law as they are happy to train in family work.

The day to day of the role will involve a broad range of secretarial and PA duties including:

1. Typing correspondence and creating documents
2. Planning diaries
3. Organising meetings and lunches
4. Being a focal point within the team

It is essential that you have excellent IT and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for family law. This would be an excellent opportunity for a legal secretary, who started their career in a regional law firm and now wants to make the move to a London practice and take on some PA duties in a top firm.
