This role involves working outdoors, often at heights, installing and maintaining fall protection systems. Your work helps keep people safe at major UK developments. It's physically demanding, but safety is our priority, minimizing manual handling where possible.
Through a 12-month training program, you'll gain practical skills paired with a qualified engineer mentor. You'll also receive formal qualifications from our college partner, preparing you for this vital industry.
Work hours are 47.5 per week (Monday to Friday), with flexible options and overtime opportunities.
Some construction experience or familiarity with power tools is preferred. An existing CSCS card is a plus. You must be able to drive and be 18 or older.
Starting salary is £31,000, with pay increases as you gain qualifications. A company car supports travel, and comprehensive benefits are included.
