PTSG are looking to appoint a Trainee Fall Arrest Installations Engineer. This Engineer will assist in the responsibility of the safe on-site installations of fall protection and rope access equipment, ensuring they are installed in accordance with the scope of works, design drawings and industry standards, also to ensure that all jobs are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Comprehensive recording of site/installation progress.
Key Accountabilities:
As a key member of the installation team, the Fall Arrest Installation Engineer would be expected to.
Job Context / Key Challenges:
The work undertaken is generally outdoors and at height, requiring our Engineers to gain access
to roof tops and systems in sometimes difficult to reach places. The lifting and use of light
equipment is required.
The types of sites and Engineer will work on, ranges for high-rise commercial properties to large retail units and industrial structures. Driving is a critical part of the role given the size and location of the customer base.
Working away from home will be a requirement but is avoided by management where possible
