We have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Estimator to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The business is privately owned and has been established for over 100 years, operating from several regional offices across the country. They undertake projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and social housing valuing typically up to £20mil.

As a business which prides itself on producing the next generation of construction professionals, they're now looking to expand the pre-construction team with an additional Trainee Estimator.

About the role of Trainee Estimator:

As Trainee Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the construction process, the tendering process.

You will be working within an experienced pre-construction team. You will be shadowing the Senior Estimators in the team as you begin to understand the roles and responsibilities of an Estimator, and with time continue to take on those responsibilities yourself.
