Your day-to-day includes qualifying buyers and tenants, arranging property viewings, guiding conveyancing steps, and ensuring smooth referencing. A driving licence is required and uncapped earnings with rapid career progression are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys and following up with solicitors.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring timely completion.
