Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is recruiting Trainee Estate Agents to join our residential sales teams across Oxfordshire. You will learn to generate new business, book valuations, conduct viewings and help buyers secure their next home.

With structured training and ongoing support, you will develop the skills to negotiate offers, progress sales and build lasting client relationships, while having opportunities to explore Mortgage Services alongside a clear career path within Connells
