Connells Group in Dorking is recruiting a Trainee Estate Agent to join Barnard Marcus’s residential sales team. This entry-level role provides full training and a clear development path into Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes and other specialist services.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and real opportunities for career progression within a market-leading property brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
