First Year Earnings: £40k-£50k OTE

What to Expect

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm

Driving license is essential for these locations

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors.
• Qualify applicants to understand their motivations and tailor property tours accordingly.
• Plan and conduct viewing tours efficiently.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and refer them to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Proactively manage the conveyancing process, including initiating surveys and following up with solicitors and buyers.
• Complete referencing processes promptly for all applicants.
