About You

Success as a Foxtons Negotiator requires a dedicated mindset and insatiable hunger. You will develop key life skills by building relationships and helping clients navigate property ownership and rental processes. Strong communication skills are essential.

• The role involves long hours to provide excellent service. Hard work is rewarded with uncapped commission, upgraded cars (from Audi to BMW upon reaching targets), and the chance to earn fully funded, five-star industry trips.

• Extensive training is provided, so prior property experience is not necessary. If you demonstrate determination from the first interview and throughout your career, we are committed to helping you succeed in this industry.

• A full manual or automatic driving licence is required for this role.
