Trainee Estate Agent - First Year £40k-£50k OTE

No property experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a Trainee Estate Agent.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm

Driving licence essential for these locations

Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

1. Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
2. Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
3. Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
4. Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
5. Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
6. Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
