Darlows Estate Agents in Pontypridd are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. This role focuses on generating new business, increasing market share, and delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Sales Adviser at Darlows Estate Agents in Pontypridd, you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Complete on-target earnings of £37,000 per year

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Sales Adviser will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester, depending on travel distance
  • An exciting second week at the L&D Centre within your first five to six weeks of employment

How you will make an impact as a Sales Adviser at Darlows Estate Agents in Pontypridd:

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Managing valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software through outbound calls
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns targeted at properties for sale
  • Preparing updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline
  • Leading door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and development
  • Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads daily
  • Communicating frequently with Local Owner to Sell customers through ROSIE
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing, prospecting activities, social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registration and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking Google review opportunities from satisfied customers to enhance reputation
