About the Role

haart Estate Agents in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a confident, goal‑oriented Sales Adviser. Your day will involve prospecting, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service in the property market.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business targets and maintain the Spicerhaart Ways for valuation activities.
  • Communicate proactively with all valuation opportunities in ROSIE software and manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
  • Engage in local canvassing, door‑knocking, phone prospecting, and leaflet distribution to generate leads and referrals.
  • Take inbound calls to identify and close valuation, viewing, and financial services opportunities.
  • Build a personal brand through frequent social media, video usage, and customer engagement, seeking 5* Google review opportunities.
  • Participate in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development.
  • Attend Morning Meetings with updates on the week’s valuation pipeline.
