Overview

Trainee Estate Agent at Brown & Merry, part of the Connells Group, in Tring. This is an entry level role with an industry leading development and training program, with uncapped commission and clear career progression toward a Sales Negotiator position.

In this role you will learn all aspects of the estate agency model and be supported to progress through through the development program.

What’s the role

You will help people find their dream home. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales. You will also optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
