We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser at butters john bee in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This role involves canvassing and prospecting for new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in driving valuation activity across the branch.

- £25,000 basic salary
- On target earnings of £37,000 per year

Working hours:
- Full-time: 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays
- 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and onboarding:
- One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning with industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay during training
- Second week at the L&D Centre within first 5-6 weeks of employment
Role responsibilities:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Lead valuation generation activities following the Spicerhaart Way
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software with high outbound call volumes
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale
- Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline
- Implement structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies as Canvassing Champion
- Use ROSIE to manage market leads effectively
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and development
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Maintain regular communication with LOTS customers via ROSIE
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
- Handle inbound calls for applicant registration and opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers

Minimum requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle in good condition
