Trainee Estate Agent
OTE- £30,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team in London. This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of the estate agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

In this role, you will help clients find their dream home. We will train you to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales. You will also have opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent

• Preferably experience in sales
• Excellent customer care and service skills
