Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 OTE (commission uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
  • Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
  • Processing customers online applications and converting to appointments/leads for local branches
  • Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers

  • Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
