At Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Southsea. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the estate agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

OTE: £30,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

You will assist clients in finding their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing sales. Additionally, you'll optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent

• Preferably experience in sales
• Outstanding customer care / customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
