At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team in Plymouth. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training in all aspects of the estate agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

Role Overview

You will assist clients in finding their dream homes, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate sales. Additionally, you'll help optimize opportunities for the branch Mortgage Advisor by scheduling appointments.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Preferably experience in sales
