Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate & Lettings Agent.

Applications from Graduates are welcome, as well as experienced property professionals (in which case the salary will be adjusted from this advert and will be commensurate with your experience).

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

You will need to have a valid UK driving licence.

A successful family-run Estate Agency and Lettings operation are seeking new talent to join their expanding and flourishing team. Whether you are a complete trainee or already an experienced Negotiator / Property Valuer, our clients would like to invite you to meet them at their offices during October, initially for an informal chat.

You will get the opportunity to meet and greet an experienced team member, where you can casually chat, share ideas / discuss the market and, of course, sell yourself to them (and vice-versa). If all goes well, you will be invited to a more formal interview so that a final decision can be made.

Responsibilities:

• Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
• Contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
• Negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
• Co-ordinate transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
• Integrate into a team environment and provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
• Introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
• Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
• Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
• Be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. Project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A robust sales background, or
• A University Graduate
• Valid UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

• £18,000 - £19,000 initial basic salary while you are training, rising once probation is passed.
• £30,000 - £34,000 Year 1 On Target Earnings, rising as your training and performance progresses.
