Trainee Sales Negotiator
Locations: Gravesend and Maidstone (2 positions)
Salary: Basic £15,000 – £20,000 | OTE £20,000 – £30,000

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their successful teams in Gravesend and Maidstone as Trainee Sales Negotiators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintaining regular contact with vendors and buyers, providing updates and feedback
• Supporting the negotiation process to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Ensuring compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Proactively generating new business opportunities through effective canvassing and prospecting

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a proven track record in sales and/or customer service
• Be highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
