We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser for our prestigious brand of Chewton Rose in Colchester. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in your local area.

What You Will Receive
- £25,000 basic salary
- Complete on-target earnings of £42,000 per year

Training & Onboarding
- One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay during training
- Second week of training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Role Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Generate valuation opportunities using the Spicerhaart Ways
- Proactively communicate with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns and maintain ROSIE standards
- Prepare updates for the weekly valuation pipeline
- Implement door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
- Utilize ROSIE to manage leads and opportunities effectively
- Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
- Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads promptly
- Build relationships with local customers for valuations and sales
- Generate referral business through excellent customer service
- Engage in local prospecting activities, including social media and leaflet distribution
- Handle inbound calls for applicant registration and opportunities
- Seek 5-star reviews from satisfied customers

Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Own vehicle less than 10 years old and in good condition
- Ability to work independently and in a team
