As an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge

You will receive:

1. £25,000 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
4. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as an Estate Agent will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

1. Purpose-built training location
2. Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge:

1. Market properties to potential tenants or homeowners
2. Arrange and conduct property viewings
3. Negotiate offers
4. Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping, and more
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
6. Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
