We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Trainee Estate Agent at Bury St Edmunds. Training and onboarding:

• Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Fully-paid hotel stay during training

Your impact as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Lead valuation generation activities within the branch
• Proactively communicate with potential clients via outbound calls and campaigns
• Utilize ROSIE software to manage leads and opportunities
• Attend daily meetings with updates and strategies
• Implement structured canvassing strategies and track leads
• Engage in local prospecting activities including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
• Respond to inbound inquiries and aim to generate reviews
