Job Profile

Your Move in Brighton is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Negotiator, You Will

1. Register customers and carry out property matches for sales and lettings properties.
2. Generate and conduct property viewings.
3. Negotiate offers between all parties.
4. Maximise branch income through cross-selling services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
5. Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, relevant transferable skills in customer service, sales, and targeted environments are required.

In Return, We Offer

1. On-target earnings (OTE) pay of £24,000 plus.
2. 3 months guaranteed commission pay.
3. 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
