Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
  1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction, and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements, and our client’s contract specifications.
  2. Perform routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
  3. Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
  4. Liaise with clients on-site, building trust that leads to dependable, long-term, and positive relationships.
  5. Maintain Enitial’s credibility by representing the company positively in the field, ensuring equipment, vehicles, and PPE are clean and well-maintained.
  6. Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed per protocols.
  7. Work as a team within regions, fostering morale and offering help and assistance where possible.
  8. Report deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers that could impact data integrity.
  9. Manage time efficiently, review schedules, and suggest improvements for work processes.
  10. Accurately manage data according to client and company requirements, reporting to Data Analysts in a timely manner.
  11. Identify potential on-site work that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
  12. Prioritize safety during fieldwork, proactively reporting accidents and near misses to Area Managers and clients.
  13. Comply with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application when working on-site.
  14. Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples are compliant.
  15. Assist with on-site training of new employees, supporting their onboarding process.
  16. Complete routine company admin, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems.
