Job Description:
Accountabilities:
  1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across Water, Construction, and Compliance sectors following company protocols, quality assurance standards, and client specifications.
  2. Perform routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
  3. Provide professional and reliable service to clients at Enitial.
  4. Liaise with clients on-site, building trust for dependable, long-term relationships.
  5. Maintain a positive image of Enitial by keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
  6. Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring calibrations and maintenance are completed as per protocols.
  7. Work collaboratively within regional teams, supporting and maintaining morale.
  8. Report deviations or non-conformances impacting data integrity to relevant managers.
  9. Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements.
  10. Accurately manage and report data in line with client and company requirements.
  11. Identify potential site works that could benefit Enitial and clients.
  12. Prioritize safety, reporting accidents and near misses immediately.
  13. Comply with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working policy when on-site.
  14. Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure sample compliance.
  15. Assist with training new employees, supporting their onboarding process.
  16. Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks.
